2. Automatic Database Check:
Once you’ve entered your details, our system will automatically check if you are already in our customer database. If you’re a current customer, your download will be approved instantly.
3. New Customers:
If you're not yet in our system, don't worry. Your information will be forwarded to our sales team for a quick vetting process. Once approved, you'll receive the requested DWG file directly from one of our representatives via email.
This new process is designed to ensure that our customers have seamless access to the tools they need while allowing us to provide personalized service to new clients.
We believe this approach not only enhances security but also ensures that our DWG resources are shared with those who can make the most out of them.
