Introduction
The ALO Hotel located in Anaheim, adjacent to Disneyland, was upgraded and with that upgrade came the opportunity to enhance select guest rooms to meet ADA compliance. The retrofitting of bathroom entrances was easily accomplished by replacing swing doors to barn style sliding doors with Cavity Sliders Wall Mount Track. Securing those doorways was accomplished with the CL 400 ADA Magnetic sliding door lock which is specifically designed to meet ADA standards.
The ALO Hotel now meets ADA requirements while enhancing the rooms functionality and not altering the design.
