We’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to drive operational excellence across a high-performing manufacturing environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, lead by example, and challenge the status quo, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Production Manager, you’ll oversee a team of 25+ across three departments, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily production operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Driving continuous improvement and structured problem-solving
• Managing planning, scheduling, and inventory control
• Overseeing staff development, training, and resourcing
• Ensuring excellence in health & safety, maintenance, and operational discipline
• Handling payroll and maintaining strict confidentiality
• Collaborating with internal teams and external subcontractors (e.g. powder coating, electroplating, anodizing)
• Leading with a people first attitude

Who You Are:

You’re more than a manager - you’re a leader who brings out the best in people and processes. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 5–10 years in a Production or Manufacturing Manager role
• Have led 25+ staff and reported to an Ops Manager or GM
• Hold an engineering degree or equivalent (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt = bonus)
• Are ERP-savvy and data-driven and you use insights to optimise
• Lead by example and are confident, decisive, and hands-on
• Are a proactive, solutions-focused professional who challenges outdated processes
• Continuously looking forward and seeking improvements
