The challenge was to maximize the space for hotel guests while the new casual dining pizza restaurant in the hotel’s lobby was not open. The design called for a sliding door collection system which, when opened would have the doors neatly stored out of sight without any floor threshold.  Yet while the restaurant was closed, the sliding doors could be locked still offering a spacious aesthetic. The designer selected Cavity Sliders Full Height collection track system. The system was completed with the CL 400 Magnetic pocket door lock allowing the space to be secured.
